    • Identifying Required Hours at Each Location: This ensures that each site has the right amount of coverage, tailored to its unique needs.

    • Assigning a Core Working Group to Each Location: This strategy fosters continuity of care, with a dedicated team familiar with the specific needs and dynamics of each location.

  • Minimising Overtime

    Edmen proactively reports, monitors, and manages overtime, emphasising its commitment to ensuring overtime is the last resort. The robust and stringent overtime approval process guarantees overtime is utilised only when necessary, to support cost control.

  • Establishing Effective KPI's

    KPIs should cover the entire spectrum of workforce management, not just shift fills, to ensure comprehensive operational efficiency and cost minimisation. Edmen recommends standard KPIs for all agency partners. 

  • Comprehensive Reporting

    Edmen captures all aspects of service delivery, including compliance in its Salesforce based system and can extract a large range of reports to support visibility and accountability.
