    Implement a framework where customers, advocates, stakeholders can be involved in selection for workers e.g. through assessment centres.

  • Service Placement & Integration

    A process to ensure consistency of service and quality of shift allocations. Such as establishment of buddy shift and site orientations.

  • Roster Management

    Supplementary workforce roster scheduling. 100% staffing prior to roster period commencing. Filling emergency shifts, scheduling matched to service requirements and 24/7 operations incorporating after hours.

  • Supervision and Performance

    Proactive daily support for workers by their dedicated service coordinator. Support and Supervision program for Youth Workers. Performance management, managing grievances and matters of concern.

  • Ongoing Training

    Ongoing training and up-skilling of casual workforce. Implementation of skills gap training calendar. 

  • WHS & Workers Compensation

    WHS responsibilities as employer or casual workforce. Edmen assumes workers comp claims financial impact and inherent workforce risk of future claims. Return to work Management and Statutory claims management process.

  • Payroll & Compliance

    Payroll and associated compliance. We proactively manage employee compliance - expires, training, calendar, licenses.
