Youth Worker
Role Snapshot
- Mentor and guide young people
- Teach daily living and social skills
- Support in community or residential settings
- Support youth with complex behaviors using trauma-informed approaches
- Assist with personal care and meals to promote independence
- Administer medications and maintain accurate reporting
- Flexible shifts - morning, day, night, sleepovers
What you'll need
✅ Hold (or be studying towards) a Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child, Youth and Family Intervention, Social Work, Disability Support Work or similar
✅ Australian Drivers License (P2 or higher)
✅ Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
✅ Current First Aid & CPR certificate
