We’re seeking resilient, compassionate Residential Youth Workers ready to step into meaningful work supporting young people with complex needs and trauma backgrounds.

What you bring
- Cert IV in Youth Work / Community Services (or equivalent)
- 3+ months residential youth experience or transferable skills
- Blue Card + Driver’s Licence (P2 or higher)
- Availability across AM/PM/active night shifts
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice (desirable)
