Youth Worker

  • Mentor and guide young people
  • Teach daily living and social skills
  • Support in community or residential settings
  • Support youth with complex behaviors using trauma-informed approaches
  • Assist with personal care and meals to promote independence
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate reporting
  • Flexible shifts - morning, day, night, sleepovers




What you'll need

✅ Hold (or be studying towards) a Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child, Youth and Family Intervention, Social Work, Disability Support Work or similar
✅ Australian Drivers License (P2 or higher)

✅ Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

✅ Current First Aid & CPR certificate

Disability Support Worker

  • Support community outings and inclusion
  • Help develop life skills and independence
  • Assist with personal care and daily routines
  • Administer medication, monitor health, and keep accurate records
  • Advocate for clients’ needs and goals
  • Provide home or community-based support
  • Flexible shifts - morning, day, night, sleepovers




What you'll need

✅ Min. 6 months experience

✅ Hold an Australian Certificate III or higher in Disabilities, Community Services, Individual Support, Mental Health or similar

✅ Australian Drivers Licence (Full Licence)

✅ NDIS Worker Check (Yellow Card)

✅ Working With Children Check for paid work (Blue Card)

✅ Current First Aid & CPR certificate
✅ Reliable Vehicle with Comprehensive Car Insurance

✅ Medications Training'
