Working within a team of customer service professionals you will be responsible for allocating rosters and adhoc shifts to a dedicated workforce. You will manage customer expectations and co-ordinate staff, by phone, across the country.
This is a casual role working in our After Hours Team and will suit someone looking for a lifestyle role outside of the standard 9-5 office hours. Shifts will include weekends and public holidays and varied shifts including mornings from 6am - 9am and afternoon / evening shifts within the 3pm - 1am time frame.
What you need to succeed
It's all about attitude. While we do require previous exposure to a customer service based role, you don't need to have years of experience. We are looking for someone who will fit with our culture and our values and who is dedicated to succeed in your chosen profession. You need to be confident, articulate, reliable and able to juggle a number of different tasks at once.
