|Job title:||Customer Service Coordinator|
Based at our Shellharbour office, you will be working within a team of customer service professionals and will be responsible for allocating rosters and adhoc shifts to a dedicated workforce. You will manage customer expectations and co-ordinate staff, by phone, across the country.
What you need to succeed
To be successful in the role, you will possess previous experience in community-based/aged care service coordination, strong customer service skills, demonstrated ability to prioritise and delegate tasks, administrative/office environment experience and excellent phone manner. A superior communicator, with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of staff and management.

This is a permanent role working across a rotating roster which will include shifts between 0600 and 1800 plus on-call rotation.
