- Responsible for allocating rosters and adhoc shifts to a dedicated Home Care workforce.
- Manage customer expectations and co-ordinate staff, by phone, across the country.
- This is a permanent role working across a rotating roster which will include shifts between 0600 and 1800 plus on-call rotation.
- Previous exposure to a customer service based role
- Experience working with roster management.
- Be a great cultural fit.
- Be confident, articulate, reliable and able to juggle a number of different tasks at once.
