Edmen CSS is a national organisation providing quality Support Workers to Disability, Youth and Aged Care service providers across Australia.
Based at our Warrawong head office, you will be working within a team of customer service professionals and will be responsible for allocating rosters and adhoc shifts to a dedicated workforce. You will manage customer expectations and co-ordinate staff, by phone, across the country.
This is a permanent role working across a rotating roster which will include shifts between 0600 and 1800 plus on-call rotation.
What you need to succeed
It's all about attitude. While we do require previous exposure to a customer service based role, you don't need to have years of experience. We are looking for someone who will fit with our culture and our values and who is dedicated to succeed in your chosen profession. You need to be confident, articulate, reliable and able to juggle a number of different tasks at once.
