Job Description

Working in partnership with our National Recruitment Team you will be required to execute end to end recruitment campaigns across Adelaide in line with current client requirements and projected sales & growth activities. Given the high volume of recruitment and on-boarding, the successful candidate must:
  • Be highly organised and driven to succeed
  • Be confident in their attention to detail and candidate engagement
  • Be able to display a proven ability to multi-task in this arena, and 
  • Be able to work closely with colleagues in sales and operations in order to convert opportunities professionally and promptly
  • Applicants with proven exposure to the disability and/or child protection spaces will be highly regarded
Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months experience in high volume recruitment. You will be adept at establishing and fostering candidate sourcing relationships and be confident in your ability to engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process from application to assessment and on-boarding.

Candidates must also be able to meet our mandatory criteria:
  • Current driver's licence
  • Be willing to undertake and clear a police record screening check
This role will be based out of our Adelaide office.
