Emergency Contact Information and After Hours Process

The Edmen emergency on call number should only be used in an emergency. Please note, we do not have Edmen staff in the office between the hours of 1am - 6am, so any calls that are made to 1300 665 880 are diverted through our on call number directly to the Service Coordinators.

When to call

It is important that calls between 01:00 - 06:00 are for emergencies only which include reasons such as:

If you are needing to be replaced from the shift you are currently on

If you need replacing from a shift commencing at 6am or 7am

If you are running late to your shift that commences at 6am

​If you have been involved in an incident causing injury or needing to be replaced from a shift

If you have an issue on your current shift and cannot get through to the client on call

When not to call

The following reasons are NOT considered urgent and should not be put through the emergency 1300 number between 1am - 6am.

To check your roster

Returning a call from a previous day or a few hours prior

To pull out of a shift which commences after 7am

To update your availability
