Edmen and DaV'ange Partnership

Posted over 1 year ago by Edmen

Partnership Davange

Edmen Community Staffing Solutions have been working with DaV’ange over the last three years to upskill community workers and place them into Youth Support Worker Roles across the country.

This relationship has helped many Youth Workers get access to jobs that otherwise would have been unavailable to them as they have completed a Certificate IV and Diploma in Youth Work or relevant qualification with DaV’ange.

Edmen is prepared to support you on your journey to completing your certificate and training with DaV’ange due to our long standing relationship with them. New opportunities for Youth Workers in Residential Centres are available in the following locations:

  • Central Coast, Dubbo and Orange, NSW

  • South East Queensland, Rockhampton and Gladstone

  • Regional SA in Mount Gambier, Whyalla, Murray Bridge and Port Augusta

The great news for job seekers in NSW and SA is that you don’t need to have completed the Certificate IV or Diploma in Youth Work or relevant qualification to begin working with Edmen, so you can work and complete your studies at the same time.

If you have experience working with people in Criminal Justice Programs, such as working as a Counsellor or Health and Welfare Service Manager and/or Mental Health as a MH Counsellor or Clinical Social worker, you may be eligible to work in the Youth space.

If you think you have transferable skills that can prepare you for working as a Youth Support Worker and are willing to enrol in the relevant course, you are on your way to becoming a qualified Youth Support Worker.
